Project made in 4th year of studies consisting in the reaffectation of the caserne Albert site located in Brussels near Egmont Palace.

The project is based on a dadaist concept that consists to overlap 3 different projects into one.

The project proposes an urban park, apartments and public and private buildings for the development of trade and facilities.
