Project for the competitionn EUROPAN 7 consisting in the reaffectation of the industrial site of the Megisserie located in Ottignies.

The project is proposing a web of housing developping on top of existing equipments. The apartments are grouped by 2 in separated units that are lifted from the floor to offer better views and free the ground of new constructions. Parking areas are grouped and public equipments and industry is recreated into the existing buildings.
