This project consist in the transformation and complete renovation of a typical 'maison de maître' located in the popular commune of Schaerbeek.

The house is divided into 3 apartments of different sizes, and the garden façade is completely modified and modernized.

The main difficulty of the project was to keep the original aspect of the house and at the same time offer a contemporary answer to its transformation.
